First of all to have this kind of prepackaged food made fresh and local is incredible! The varieties at the store are awesome. I also have tried several from Whole foods. Very good food
I love Snap Kitchen! The meals have tons of flavor, and my husband and I love that we don’t have to ever think about what to make for dinner. We have meals delivered Monday mornings and have them for dinner during the work week. It’s also a great way to stay healthy without meal prepping.
I've been going to this Snap location since 2020. Everyone working there is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. All of the meals in my weekly pickup order last the entire week and taste delicious!
Great tasting meals that are easy and healthy. I've been shopping for lunches at Snap for years.
Tasty meals and they happen to be healthy too
We love almost everything about snap kitchen! The food is amazing, convenient, and brought straight to our door. We only wish the portions were slightly bigger but typically add a side like avocado, more veggies, or a post dinner fruit and yogurt to feel satiated.
This is healthy food. And not good. I had a chicken Caesar and the chicken was dry as sand.the lettuce was tough and brown.
They no longer have organic grassfed beef. Priced way too high for the sourcing they use for their meals.
If you plan to use them for meal delivery, think twice. Their delivery vendor VEHO fails to deliver orders. VEHO has terrible reviews and I'm surprised that Snap Kitchen continues to use them. I will be cancelling my Snap Pass since I can't rely on receiving the meals.
Very affordable prep meals particularly if you’re watching your sodium and protein intake.

I have been a loyal customer of snap kitchen for over a year now. I live in Beaumont so I do meal delivery every week. I relay on this service for healthy food for myself and my boyfriend who has health issues. I pay over $500 a month for this. And this is what I get. An absolute joke of a company. Not only is the delivery 5 days late, the ice packs are completely melted and the food has been sloppily tossed in the box. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s not even the second time. The delivery speed and packaging has been a constant issue. Food quality has gone down too. I have tried multiple times to bring this issue to their attention and I’m told the same thing every time. My boyfriend has spoken to them as well. They say they can’t control the delivery speed. Okay…. So if I set the delivery date for a certain time and I’m paying $130 every week for this I expect it arrive on time. And if not, I expect to at least receive an email telling me to expect a delay. Has that ever happened? Nope. They don’t care. They even increased prices sometime last year, can’t remember when exactly. They have terrible customer service. Oh, btw they only gave us 11 meals… not 12. Not sure what to do for food now. As a loyal, paying customer I really expect better.

So disappointed in this location. I purchased my meal prep through their third party service called Too good to go; got there before closing and one of the employees had my food in his hand and said I missed the pick up time and said I’ll have to dispute it with Too Good To Go. He was taking MY FOOD that I PAID for simply because I missed the time window but made it before closing.Very bad business practice and poor customer service.

The food itself is quite good for a meal prep plan but I don't like that the snap pass charges you and you must make selections a week in advance (how do I know exactly what I will want and the quantity a week in advance?) Also had a bad experience with sign up, got a code from in store, upon signing up the website gave me a much better code but it only arrived to my phone after I placed my first order. Then used the better code the following week successfully, but after I left the store they charged my card without my authorization for the difference of the discount the code gave me claiming it was no longer valid since I used the first code. I'm not a fan of companies charging me without auth and then getting charged every week for food for the following week that you can only edit until a certain point. Seemed like a good idea but it's actually quite restrictive.
