They have a good variety of foods and are on the right track however, 95% of all meals are extremely high in sodium. They say it’s so the food can have a longer shelf life because salt is a natural preservative. However, when most of your meals have over 1000 mg of sodium each I would trade a shorter shelf life for a healthier, lower sodium meal. A diet high in sodium can lead to a host of health problems. Sadly, someone who has high blood pressure cannot enjoy these meals. MyFitFoods has figured this balance out. My hope is that snap kitchen can learn from MyFitFoods because it would be nice to have more places to choose healthy meals from.

Delicious! I love the variety of the meals and that they are good for me. Not having to cook makes me very happy! Just a little feedback...1. sometimes the meals are too spicy for me 2. the parsley garnish is posh, but I seem to get more parsely stems than leaves, and that is not posh at all. thanks Snap!

It’s been a few years since I’ve checked this place out as there is so much premade-meals competition out there but judging by their new menu I am certain I will be stopping by here more often.
Plus they have friendly and helpful staff (say hi to Jess for me!) - perfect for hermits like me who forget to recharge thru human-to-human interaction.
