The slowest sonic on the planet
Manager Janet, I think that's her name, yelled at an employee named Brian. She thought she couldn't hear him, but she left the microphone on.She is very rude to her employees. Days later I went and asked for Brian and they told me he quit. There is another guy named Tony, he, like Brian, is very kind and polite, but I think they should fire the manager of this store. She is also very rude to the people who shop there.

Workers eating outside while the whole place is falling apart. No rating on food because me and my family, including 1 year old hungry twins, couldn't even get our order taken today. From a vet in the restaurant industry, at least apologize for any inconveniences and at least try to help. I've never experienced no one caring like this before. Just ridiculous

This place (12620 Jones Rd) helped me out when I really seriously needed a favor. I appreciate workers that think of the customer's needs and not just the corporation's desires. Big kudos!

Whoever works this shift on sunday at 9pm needs to be put on a performance improvement plan immediately. The entire staff’s customer service is TERRIBLE and i got all the way home and realized they gave me the wrong breakfast burrito and some french toast sticks without syrup. I hope you’re not paying them minimum wage bc they deserve less.
Food is trash ,drinks are good
Please make sure we are putting tape covers over drinks when it’s delivered with DoorDash and Uber for safety reasons to avoid anything happening and drinks being tampered with
This is the 2nd time this store has lied about not receiving my DoorDash order 30mins before they close. The dashers and myself are able to see the order.

This Sonic just blows. Gotta love the pictures because the food looks NOTHING like it. Bacon cheeseburger was missing lettuce and tomatoes and squished down. They can go screw themselves. Save your money
Restaurantji Recommends
We were told to wait at the kiosk and were never served. We ended up turning around and going to the drive-through. We were asked multiple times what sauces we wanted and received one of those sauces. The receipt machine had no ink, so we couldn't even read what we were charged. Our overall wait time was about half an hour, and the worker had a nasty attitude. Also, the sweet tea tastes like dirty water of sorts. The slushies and onion rings here are good, though.
HORRIBLE!!!This place used to be a nice establishment. Now nobody ever answers the intercom. The food tastes old like its been sitting out all day. I used to love this location but its gone down the toilet over the last year. Tonight was my last time coming here.

We ordered online and paid… the app had some issue and it said to let them know inside… we did… we waiting 10 min no other cars were there… and since it was just drinks we pressed the red button to check… the young lady was rude and claimed they didn’t have it… so we confirmed the adresss and gave them an order number…. The young lady who brought out the drinks, looked like we ruined he life by being there, and smarted off that they had other orders…. Well that was enough for my husband he said thank you for your hard work rather rudely… we could see her yelling about it inside the store….. oh well… on a high note the drinks were great.
