The experience at this location comes down to the service. They are not as hospitable as your average fast food. Servers often seem like they are in a rush or disinterested. The food is hit or miss sometimes it’s totally fine. Other times it’s cold/not fresh. The service needs some work.

I have no complaints at all for this sonic. They have always done me good over the years of going here. Today I ordered a double bacon cheese burger fully customized with tator tots and a cherry limeade. I put my order in on the app and drove less than 10 minutes to get there. My food was ready to go and they brought it out to me quickly and with everything I needed including sauces I asked for and napkins.

Ok BUT the speakers outside they can't hear you. I was almost screaming. I ask for FRESH CORN DOGS and they were delivered within 5 mins. I know they were warmed up or refried. There is a sign over the window "Fresh every time". Humm I do think so.
