My low rating is mostly due to the time of service. Any time of day this place is slow and 90% of the time the speaker can't hear you. The people aren't really bad. It's just the quickness and the quality of food.
Love coming to this sonic the staff is always quick and polite I have to say this place definitely has excellent customer service there new managers are definitely doing there big one I love it I love it I love it 💜💜💜
Went thru drive thru no one answered. Pulled up to the kiosk no one answered. Felt like I was waiting for a drug deal or a shooting to go down. Finally got my crappy food and threw it away when I got home.
