I came to get food on 3 separate occasions and it was horrible they messed up my burger and I asked for a refund and they never gave me back my money I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt the last time I went it took them 35 minutes just for me to get incomplete and incorrect food then they took another 15 mins just to bring it back to me this doesn’t make any sense

This is THE WORST SONIC EVER!!! It's the only one in the area they never get your drink right the food is always old orders be wrong I stopped going here they refuse to give refunds. I now wait to go to other locations cause the jones rd location is horrible needs to be shut down and revamped

Smooth Operator

Today I ordered a tender basket with honey mustard dipping sauce. The tenders were raw and they gave me an open container of thick gravy. I called to complain to get my money back but the phone goes straight to voicemail in which it is full. Terrible! Never go there again.

I was told my food would be fresh & it was not, & the costumer service is non existent.(the tots were ok) I ordered 2 brown bag specials for my family & went straight home. This location is only a few minutes away from my home. When I opened the burger wrappers all four were cold, the patties were undercooked, the lettuce and tomato were old & soggy, so were the buns. I am so upset we have been out all day & are starving. People can get sick from this‼️Thirty something bucks down the drain‼️All four burgers look like the photo.

Bought a sandwich toaster meal with an orange juice with no ice. The cashier tells mw they are out of medium cups and hands me a small orange juice with ice. I handed it back and said I wanted it without ice. And I asked him was he out of large cups too. He replied, "No," so I told him to give me a large then. And I paid for the large upgrade right then. He promptly handed me a large orange juice "With ICE" filled up to the top of the cup. I reminded him i said no ice. He said "My bad," he would have it changed out. A minute later another guy handed me my same cup back still filled with ice. I gave up and drove off. I will not ever go back to that location and I suggest you don't either. I wouldn't send enemy to that establishment. That are the absolute worst!

I stood at the drive-through pick up for about 30 minutes. No one said anything to me and the drive-through was moving and they were waiting on other people. They just ignore me. I will never go there again. Customer service sucks.

I ordered a double meat combo the buns were so hard and cold just nasty then the BLT I got the bread was not even toasted that was nasty I don't know but seems to me this place does not care about the customers or the staff is just lazy and don't message me saying sorry for the bad experience get that place to run right what ashame that it has so many bad reviews you would think the owner would get on the ball before he has no more customers.

Probably the worst sonic to come to, sadly their management is terrible and it resonates down to the quality of service and food ! I guess if u have no more options then u can give it a try

If I could give a zero star review, I would. Ordered a burger on toast with a medium coke, and a chicken strip box. Employees had awful attitudes, burger wasnt on toast, was given a small instead of medium coke, chicken strip box had broken and gross looking chicken with half an onion ring and burnt toast... horrible horrible management to actually allow these people to work here still.

Everything was great with the double jalapeno burger combo except they forgot to add the mayo. Things happen. Service was great.
