Today I ordered a tender basket with honey mustard dipping sauce. The tenders were raw and they gave me an open container of thick gravy. I called to complain to get my money back but the phone goes straight to voicemail in which it is full. Terrible! Never go there again.

I was told my food would be fresh & it was not, & the costumer service is non existent.(the tots were ok) I ordered 2 brown bag specials for my family & went straight home. This location is only a few minutes away from my home. When I opened the burger wrappers all four were cold, the patties were undercooked, the lettuce and tomato were old & soggy, so were the buns. Bought a sandwich toaster meal with an orange juice with no ice. The cashier tells mw they are out of medium cups and hands me a small orange juice with ice. I handed it back and said I wanted it without ice. And I asked him was he out of large cups too. He replied, "No," so I told him to give me a large then. And I paid for the large upgrade right then.
