They rushed to get me my food in time for a flight !! Absolute rockstars!

I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Coffee is THE WORST I have ever tasted! I had to exchange for orange juice. Breakfast plates are less than desirable. And it’s expensive for what the food is. You might as well just eat whatever they have in the takeout magazine stores. The waiter is nice and friendly.

Soooooooo slow. Not worth the wait.

The server was extremely nice and the chicken tenders and fries were really good!

The food was delicious, the server was super friendly, attentive, and fast. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in IAH. They have great air conditioning, ample seating, and outlets!

I don’t understand how you can mess up deep fryer chicken strips and fries but you did. On top of terrible service. What a joke.

If you are looking for a place to eat at Houston International airport this the place.
Daniel the bartender was incredible serving us. He was checking in with all the customers.
The tea is very good. We the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It is pretty good!

Very sweet Hispanic woman working here alone and way under staffed. Cruel clients said they were leaving reviews about the auto tip but they never actually asked. Food is decent and close to some gates.

Great Sandwiches! Bit of a wait but service was perfect. Daniel one of the staff members went above and beyond to make sure I was happy!

Excellent food where they build different sandwiches around a perfect, moist, crispy chicken tender. Ex: my Chicken BBQ with sauce & bacon, her Cuban with ham and pickles. Best of all they’re very accommodating of swaps like a side salad in place of your fries/curly fries. And honestly we’d fly again thru Houston just for our server’s delightful demeanor!

Don’t stop if you have to get your food in any less than 25 minutes. The server was nice and the food was fine. A step above McDonalds. I didn’t have time to take a picture of it because I was in such a rush once I got it.

If they can’t provide a breakfast sandwich in 25 minutes, they should say so. It wasn’t even that busy.

Well, we just finished our meal with you. The woman tending THE ENTIRE FLOOR, bartending, taking orders, clearing off tables, serving food, refilling beverages, etc. was overwhelmed. Our buffalo and Nashville sandwiches came out with flaccid and just like-warm fries. We brought them to our severs attention, and she said she would replace them with hot fries. The first replacement took 20 minutes, the second replacement came at the 30 minute mark. The thing that most ticked me off was a ‘manager’ was there, and watched her with all of the people and work to be done but he just leaned against the wall, not helping her nor the diners. Bad management. I read several of your reviews. Sadly, your poorest ratings (and mine) would stem not from our employee running the floor but your kitchen. And I notice you apologizing a lot. Stop it. Fix the efficiency of the kitchen. We travel to Houston airport a lot. Worst food experience so far.
