Sprinkles Houston Rice Village

I've not been back in Houston for awhile and found out Sprinkles is now located in the Rice Village. How exciting! I come here every so often when they have the S'mores available. It's dangerous, but so delicious.

The staff is wonderful and they always have a great selection of flavors on hand throughout the day. Maria is one of our favorite team members here. She's wonderful, positive and helpful.

If you're in this October, try the Twix Cupcake. It's moist, rich and delicious ?.

Personally I love sprinkles. To me they’re a classic, predictable, and always delicious (the cornflake, salted cookie included). Because they’re a chain, my review is slightly based off the consistency of quality (which is great!) but more so off the customer service. I WISH I grabbed her name because whew! She’s a perfect example of it. She was so, so kind. She answered my thousand questions (had been a while since I been back to a sprinkles - almost a year), and was craving it at this point! Pleasant to speak with, and beyond. So whoever worked on 9/29 around noon in the front, please give her some type of bonus. She deserves every bit of it. (PS the seasonal pumpkin latte and banana = so so so delicious).

I was so disappointed. Sprinkles has always been my favorite cupcake. My girl friend sends them to me on my birthday. This year, every cupcake was dry and crumbled up on my plate. Why have they become so dry? Did I recieve couple day old cupcakes? Hope this changes. Thank you. Karen

When we walked in, there was no one at the front. Once the lady did decide to come to the front, we purchased a cookie and asked for it to be warmed up. The lady responded and said they don’t typically do that. That’s very confusing to me, all the places I’ve ever been to usually have no problem warming a cookie up. It was more like she didn’t feel like doing it so she can go back to the back and be on her phone. Won’t be returning.

Delicious cupcakes and friendly staff. I have enjoyed each cupcake so far. I like the banana cupcake best so fsr but i still want to try the others. Also I appreciate their in app reward system. :) thank you!

The shop was clean and tidy. Service was friendly. But I was super disappointed with cupcakes. I got a half dozen assorted cupcakes at about 5:30pm on a Saturday. They were so dry and bland. Way overpriced for a subpar product. Rather go to a mom and pop

Finally bought an individual cupcake from the Market Street vending machine in The Woodlands, and it was light and delicious, not heavy and sickening sweet. The amount of icing was just right, and the cake was nice and crumbly. Will buy again!!

The older woman at the front was very rude. I didn’t even want anything afterwards.

I was looking for something sweet but not sweet for my mom so I ordered her a sugar free red velvet cup cake. She absolutely loved it. She kept asking me was it really sugar free ???

Lived up to all the hype. Heard about Sprinkles for years. Never been before. Excellent first bite. Ordered dark chocolate, marshmallow, and seasonal peppermint. Hope to return. (Wouldn’t go back to the other place)

Came to get the limited time mango cupcakes and the cashier was nice and friendly. Inside was clean and it all took a few minutes. Parking was easy since it was so late, close to their closing. The cupcakes were the biggest disappointment. No mango flavor in the actual cake, no cardamom flavor in the frosting. Without the mango center it would've been a regular cake with cinnamon frosting.

Loved our cupcakes, we used y go to Sprinkles all the time when we lived is California, good to know Texas has this so my daughter can experience this. ❤️
