I don't think I like any other Starbucks. These baristas nailed down their craft. My favorite drink is the Oatmeal shaken espresso and sometimes a shot of either pistachio or hazelnut. ☺️

As pictured and detailed on the app it automatically comes withWhole Milk,3 Scoop(s) Matcha Powder,3 Pump(s) Caramel Syrup,Caramel Drizzle,Caramel Crunch Topping andWhipped Cream.If you order this beverage, this is what automatically comes with it if you choose to make no customizations.I customized my order by swapping whole milk for sweet cream.The drink I received came with no caramel drizzle or toppings.I went back to the employee to say hey my drink is missing caramel drizzleAnd the crunch topping and she replied that I didn’t order it that way.She did NOT have an attitude but she did go back and forth with me for a while … she even asked me to show her my receipt so she could prove that I did not order those extras but she missed the entire point that the drink comes with those things so I did not need to specify them in the order.I recognize it is a new menu item and it is a limited time only item so I gave a little grace but let’s not make the customers jump through hoops when you messed up the order in the future little Miss Big Lashes

Only one employee for drive though and one employee inside the store. I think they’re understaffed and the girls there did an amazing job taking care of us and were taking orders as best as they could. More help is necessary to not over-stress employees.

Wow wow wow service! The crew here at this Starbucks GOES above and beyond to deliver quality service. I don't like visiting other Starbucks but sometime I have to lol. Evan is the most kindest barista and makes literally the BEST tea for me (I drink matcha) the customer service here is top notch from everyone. I have only had amazing experiences here and these people are like my family at this point
