Always good to wake up knowing there’s a Starbucks nearby 👍👍
Great customer service with big smiles! Makes my day every time I go there.
I came in here for the first time on 10/6/26. It was in the morning. The staff was awesome! I did a mobile order and accidentally ordered counter pick up instead of drive thru. I'm so glad I did. The staff was awesome. I loved seeing them interact with what I can assume was their regulars, it just gave on that sort of vibe. I am not over this way often but whn I am and want a coffee, I'll be coming to this location.

Starbucks Coffee Company on Westheimer offers a friendly atmosphere and a solid selection of coffee. The staff is known for their exceptional service, with employees like Xavier and Jacquelin receiving praise for their helpfulness. Customers frequently mention that the location is clean, comfortable, and a nice spot to relax or grab a coffee. While many appreciate the craftsmanship behind the drinks and the accurate order fulfillment, a few reviews express concern about drink quality not meeting expectations on some occasions. The drive-through service is generally efficient, but there have been complaints about closing times not aligning with stated hours. Despite some inconsistencies, the overall experience is positive, with many loyal customers ready to return for the service and ambiance.
