I’ve given this location multiple chances to at least meet my expectations but unfortunately they drop the ball each time. Service has never been an issue, it’s always the quality of the drinks. I feel as if they don’t take the same pride in making the drinks as other stores do.

This Starbucks on Westheimer is a nice spot to grab coffee or relax for a bit. The staff is friendly and they usually get my order right, even when it’s busy. The place is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere with plenty of seating inside. Sometimes the line can move a little slow during rush hours, but overall it’s a solid location with good service and consistent drinks.

I don't normally come to Starbucks, but I had a $20 gift card on my account, or at least I thought I did but apparently my balance didn't update properly. Despite the issues, Jacquelin helped me out and still allowed me to get the drink I wanted when I came in. I had a little less than $5 balance and she comped the rest for me. Would definitely come again just because of the service she provided.
