If you plan on staying in business you will need to train your staff on customer service and management in supply and inventory management. Please explain to me how you can serve $8 coffees and consistently be out of sleeves. How can you put people at the window that lack skills in customer service. If they would only smile,be grateful and courteous.
drinks are always great but the customer service is not very good :( wanted to use a coupon for my drink from my app but the guy at the drive thru didnt even say a word to me and js put the scanner and thingy to pay barely even looking at me. i know drive thru is hard because of the multi tasking but i had to pay full price when i went specifically for the $3 drink :( hope you guys can do better.
Would like to leave a great review for an individual her name is Blatt. If I am spelling it correctly. She was great in speaking kindness and great service. All of us should model her enthusiasm.
