Didn't make what I ordered. Didn't realize until I was way down the road. Very disappointed. Some staff seem in VERY bad mood as well. And to the Starbucks Owner, you should actually do something about the bad service instead of recommending customers go to a web page. Corporate says every Starbucks has capabilities to make these requested drinks, yet you & your staff can't. Seems like false advertising to me. Or maybe consider it theft since we are paying for items we are not getting.
Update: don't ask me to call some 800 # either. You & your staff messed up & are continously stealing from people and I'm calling your bad business out. You need to fix your obviously major problem.

I decided to treat myself and a friend to two venti iced pecan crunch oat milk lattes. Unfortunately, they were made with whole milk, which isn’t suitable for lactose intolerant individuals. I also requested extra shots of espresso, but they were not included in my order. The manager, Sofie, informed me that I could either call customer service for a refund or return to the store for a remake of my order. However, since I didn’t purchase my order through customer service, I felt it was unfair to have to call them. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I must express my disappointment. The store was not even busy when I visited, and for almost $22, I received two drinks that were made incorrectly.

Got a VT iced pecan crunch latte and it was made wrong they made it with whole milk and I can’t drink that you can’t even taste the pecan in it if I could give this 0 stars I would

Highly recommend!! The staff here is always pleasant, patient, and quick to have orders ready. One lovely staff member even remembered a “special changed up tea drink” that she had made for us only once prior!
The parking is great and the patio/seating area is a good size with large umbrellas for shade and comfort if necessary. It’s clean, spacious, and comfy outside!! 🩵

Never again!! Never again!! I paid for extra pumps, I watched her not give them to me, called her out & nothing was done!! If I paid for something give me what I paid for!! NOT COOL!! Then my drink wasn’t even made correctly had to again call them out!! I work hard for my $7 treat!! Don’t play with my money not cool!! Very disappointed! Taste like extra blended MILK! Nothing frozen about it! Ughhhhhhhhh

Busy bee needed a grande coffee with whipping cream, $3.60. Had a good experience, guy took my order, packaged my coffee and said have a nice day! Gotta keep buzzing on!!

Its honestly a good place but sometimes what’s there problem like we got there and sat down to work on some stuff the girl that was there was talking about my boyfriend and me then what really bother me was she started to sweep near us too the point it’s not even a lie she sweep or shoes like why and it was just around us and our area and it was not even dirty.

Wow ok it has happened last few times I ask for light ice on my frappacino and they put extra it taste like ice water no coffee, no caramel this is the WORST location, close down obviously yall hate working there

Go to ANY other Starbucks. I’m a licensed paramedic that is stuck on an ambulance with no bathroom for 12-24 hours at a time. I often stop at Starbucks over the city and happily pay for food or snacks. I tried to pay for a water and 2 employees tried to force me to buy something I told them I will just pay for the water I don’t need any food. They just gave me the water. The manager approached me informing me I could not stay at the Starbucks if I don’t purchase something. I said I will happily pay for the water. She proceeded to continue to go back and forth. I have never been harassed like this at any location. I’m still in shock. I paid them then left.

Another staff-oriented (not customer-oriented) Starbucks where the music is so loud that getting any work done is completely impossible, unless I bring noise-canceling headphones. BUT IT'S A REALLY COOL NIGHTCLUB WHERE THE BARISTAS DON'T REALIZE THEY'RE YELLING THEIR CONVERSATIONS.
Seriously, the windows were vibrating with sound.
Nice clean store though, and no one was rude or unpleasant. Just- I dunno, could you just do coffee and quit pretending you're cool?

Thalia took my order incorrect then gave me a sarcastic look when i repeated the order. Im just making sure you all dont have to make it over for the 3rd time! Attitude was very nasty! Ughh
