We consider ourselves to be Starbucks lovers, but when my daughter & I went to get her a grande lavender matcha latte, we didn’t realize she was only getting half a cup for over $6!We live right next door and when we got home and she decided she was going to save hers for a little later, and so it wouldn’t water down she took out the ice, but after the third spoonful of ice we realized that her drink was more than half a cup of ice! They made her pay full price for mainly a cup of ice!! Needless to say we were very upset/disappointed that they would charge us that much for ice and half cup of the drink she ordered! Look at the pictures after she took the ice out. Smh..

when on Wednesday evening for a frap, and couldnt taste the coffee. When back again today in the evening, diluted frap, drinking ice . for the price im paying could at least have some consistency. Bad location and baristas. Going somewhere else.

Let me say one thing Starbucks has step their game up!!! Evan is the man such a nice table, side, voice, and generous person with the kindness and friendliness. Aaliyah is beautiful on the inside and out. This is what I’m looking for every time I come to Starbucks. Y’all got me on one!!! I’ll definitely be back❤️??

I frequent this location. The staff is friendly and always polite. My issue is they can never make my drink correctly. I always order a Doppio Macchiato. 2 shots of espresso and 2 dollops of foam on top. Majority of the time they add milk, essentially making it a cappuccino. I tell them every time, please just the foam on top. no milk. Idk why they can never get this right. Its one of the easiest drinks to make! I'm not asking for all these additions or a fancy drink. 2 shots and 2 dollops of foam. Simple and classic. I'm tempted to go back there and pull my own shots and show them how its properly done lol.

I was at the Huffmeister Starbucks yesterday. I ordered a gingerbread latte & a egg white /spinach wrap. I sat at the front corner table as I was waiting on a friend.OMG A I BEGAN BEING SWARMED WITH GNATS, BIG ONES! Meaning they've been there for a while.I mean it's hard to eat while huge gnats are going after you food! It was disgusting, probably won't go to that one ever again.I complained to those behind the counter. They they could eat their sandwiches in the back bc of the gnat probablem. There's a device called VEVO on Amazon that does work, I suggested they get at least 5 of them.They said ah, our manager won't buy those! Well she will lose customers due to an easy fix problem!!
Ask for cafe mocha with expresso and they gave me a hot chocolate

Customer service should be a priority. Any drink there is expensive and one makes the effort to buy there but they have a problem offering napkins or stoppers for your cups. At 6-7$ a cup, don’t make the customer ask for them. You offer them to them.

this Starbucks place didn't make the same quality. yesterday my coffee had too much of cinnamon, I can feel the powdery on each shift. Today I ordered apple croissant, went home and opened the bag and found chocolate croissant . BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I passed by this morning for my coffee, I ordered it as shown below. It taste like only coffee and it’s filled up to the rim with ice. No vanilla sweet cold foam, they did add the extra cinnamon. I understand that it is busy in the morning but that is no reason for bad quality coffee.

I recently moved here from the opposite side of town and this is the closest Starbucks to me. I’ve ordered here a few times and as the previous reviewer said be careful if you have an allergy and are substituting your milk. I substitute my milk because I am a nursing mom to a newborn child that has dairy allergies, and they gave me regular milk last time without my knowledge and my baby suffered an outbreak because of it. This most recent time they gave me the correct substitution but my drink tasted like coffee grounds. (Yuckkk) A previous time I also ordered a drink with a substitution, and it tasted like they didn’t add any syrup (also yuck). I’m starting to think the baristas must not like to make drinks with substitutions. I don’t think I will be returning to this location.
