Got an iced Caramel Macchiato after bloodwork today, and it was great! They asked exactly how I wanted it and offered to add things to my liking. The two people working there at the time were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help! Especially the younger, blonde girl (I should've gotten your name, sorry). Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in a very short time:)
I like their intermittent Friday specials, $5 grande drink with pastry, or $6 venti drink with pastry. The service is usually fast for being a busy location. There’s a sweet Vietnamese lady there who always is so nice, and makes sure your order is correct.My complaint is for another lady there that is a little… different (lack of better words). I'm usually not much of Starbucks supporter. But this one is located inside the VA. Coffee is coffee to me However the level of respect that the staff show each individual is something to speak about. The mangers kindness and attentiveness is something that spreads to her workers. Thank you for showing such a high level of respect to our veterans.
