Starbucks

Since this isn’t a dining place, it’s takeout only, I can’t complain about the atmosphere. The barista was very nice. My complaint is with the chocolate croissant I received. I have one every time I get my hair done and for years they have been so good. Flaky, delicious, buttery crust but today I received what can only be described as a sad, chewy, rectangle shaped bread with a minuscule amount of chocolate. What on earth are y'all doing? Who are you trying to fool? Why is it necessary to have cheap imitations? Let me guess, we used to get them from Canada and now we can’t? Does Canada have the flaky crust market cornered? I hope not but if this is a portent of things to come we are screwed. Et tu Starbucks? Et tu?

No seating! Went in to do some online work but no seating at all. Barista was nice though.

I came in on Jan 6 @8:00pm. And my mom b-day was Jan 5, she didn’t know how to use the app to order her bday drink… so I in try to get her a drink. When came I in the guy was on his phone so I told him about my mom bday gift and also show him my mom’s ID with her phone. The guy told me it’s expired and I have to pay for the drinks. I ask him is there anyone else here besides him. He reply to me… I’m the manager here.

I came to this location so many time that I don’t recall seeing him before. I know that he was so lazy and they will close in 30min later. He talked to me without no feeling for my mom’s bday. I know that not all employees are like that. So drive to the next Starbuck and finally got my mommy birthday drink.

As I drove up, I wondered why the Starbucks was so empty. It looks closed. I walked up close enough to inspect the hours of operation, and sure enough they close at 8:30 PM. It was 1:30 in the afternoon. The least you can expect from a Starbucks is coffee, and they didn’t have any. The two baristas that were standing around when I walked in and said there wasn’t any coffee because they were cleaning the machines. Who was cleaning the machines? , …regardless no coffee, two stars.. Gonna try Mercantile up the street.

My coffee was cold bad customer service. Some woman was inside the restaurant naked.

Terrible service, charged me and did not make my drink. The one on Richmond is much better.

Cashier stood around while I waited 7 minutes to get an iced tea.

I come here on my morning walks to experience a warm shift in energy before inviting my cup of morning Aguitas into my body ? joy.

Their Refreshers are great as hell and the Autumn Artwork on the windows and the Baristas face are a delight to indulge in.

Awesome service and everything taste so good what we ordered. My Daughter loves this place we’re here like twice a week and we look forward to the amazing coffee and espresso, croissants danishes sandwiches egg bites. Everything is so good.??

Find another Starbucks. My coffee tastes like water. Be prepared to take your trash with you even the empty sugar packet and stir stick!. There is no waste basket. I asked and they said they don’t have one, turned and walked away. Take out only.
