Pretty solid Starbucks. No seating, but easy for quick pick up orders. It’s always good, my bagel was a bit under toasted, but that’s fine.

Brooke was very helpful with making the drink and very kind
Stopped in because someone gave me a Starbucks card. I don't drink coffee often but I stopped in and brice was very nice and very knowledgeable even though I was a little difficult, not knowing much about coffee and my job deals with the General Public and Customer Service and I think he was just exceptional have a nice day guy🙂

There are no chairs so you can’t sit and study or work. I wanted to use a gift card someone gave me but what’s the point if I buy coffee and then drink it at home. I can just make coffee at home. The baristas said I should go to mercantile if I wanted a place to sit. Thanks I guess?

Pictures with the seatings are definitely from a bygone era. There is no seatings inside and outside. Why even have a Starbuck here...it seriously make zero sense

I have visited this store many times and this is the first time this has happened to me: the cashier added his tip without my authorization. This is a total lack of respect. I recommend you check your receipt before leaving.

I was doordashing with literally no money. I was sad to come here and hear that I had to purchase something in order to get water. I explained how disappointed I was but I understood she had to follow the policy. However I was sitting outside in my car when the very lovely barista came out with a venti water for me. She said she felt so bad. You have no idea just how much this blessed me. I think right now, many of us are struggling financially and she saw the need and met it. She has long dark hair and very soft spoken. God is so good. This sweet girl deserves the most recognition for her care and empathy towards me.

Since this isn’t a dining place, it’s takeout only, I can’t complain about the atmosphere. The barista was very nice. My complaint is with the chocolate croissant I received. I have one every time I get my hair done and for years they have been so good. Flaky, delicious, buttery crust but today I received what can only be described as a sad, chewy, rectangle shaped bread with a minuscule amount of chocolate. What on earth are y'all doing? Who are you trying to fool? Why is it necessary to have cheap imitations? Let me guess, we used to get them from Canada and now we can’t? Does Canada have the flaky crust market cornered? I hope not but if this is a portent of things to come we are screwed. Et tu Starbucks? Et tu?

I came in on Jan 6 @8:00pm. And my mom b-day was Jan 5, she didn’t know how to use the app to order her bday drink… so I in try to get her a drink. When came I in the guy was on his phone so I told him about my mom bday gift and also show him my mom’s ID with her phone. The guy told me it’s expired and I have to pay for the drinks. I ask him is there anyone else here besides him. He reply to me… I’m the manager here.
I came to this location so many time that I don’t recall seeing him before. I know that he was so lazy and they will close in 30min later. He talked to me without no feeling for my mom’s bday. I know that not all employees are like that. So drive to the next Starbuck and finally got my mommy birthday drink.
