Stand in line for 15 minutes just so they could tell me nothing I asked for was unavailable. For three weeks they never had the medicine ball but have stand 15 minutes in line just to find out. No even a good or even greeted me at all.

Never ever try to make a mobile order here. They will just put ur order tickets in the back and won't give a f after that. Been waiting for half an hour and couldn't wait anymore, asked and saw they just picked up my ticket and start doing it. Whoever order after me but in person had gotten their drinks. If this is the way you arrange the mobile orders, I call for a total closure of this stypid function and don't waste out time. Super unsatisfied. It happened many times, super annoying and unsatisfied.

Go several times in the morning to get coffee. Every single time the people behind the counter are so rude and dismissive of what I order. When a mistake is made I point it out but they get aggressive with making it a second time. Truly tragic there isn’t another Starbucks open early in morning around here. This sucks to go to.

Once I get to work, I got to grab a hot cup of coffee and it has to be at the Starbucks in the Westin! I am a coffee snob and if the coffee is not up to bar, I do not visit the facility anymore but these ladies, (Elois, Ashley and Evelyn) know me by name. this is MY lady baristas are amazing! They remember my drink and makes it perfectly and always with a smile. I love this location, thanks ladies!
