Came in here on my Friday routine and had some left over half dollars from the side bank and thought hey be nice to make a chime tip on there uniform delima. They are so sweet with there artisan crafts in coffee brewing

Today was a great experience at the Downtown location. Rye's customer service was awesome. She apologized for not having the item I ordered and suggested I try a different item that was just as great. I appreciate your help.

I came here around 5.15 pm after seeing that they were open until 5:30 pm. The staff seemed distracted, joking around with their backs to the counter. I had to call out to get their attention, and they didn’t seem happy about it. Ordered a hot oat milk latte and a frappe but the staff said they couldn’t make it—no explanation, just a dismissive attitude. They didn’t seem interested in taking any further orders. I found it very rude. How can a Starbucks outlet not make a coffee? It felt like they were rushing to close, even though they still had 15 minutes left. This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had.

Literally every time I come to this location it is a mistake. They are chronically understaffed and it will take 20 minutes to get even the simplest items. I typically a) use the mobile order option and b) order a cold brew. As a former Starbucks employee, I can tell many of the baristas have not been trained properly- they are almost never working in sequence, the bar is a mess, and almost no one can multitask. It’s a shame, since this is the only Starbucks open on weekends downtown.

The coffee refills are not free like other locations. I pointed out the Starbucks policy regarding coffee refill but they couldn't give a rats a** !
The only cool thing is chilling at the AC hotel lounge

I asked the tall, skinny manager if he could remake a drink that another Starbucks location had messed up . I explained that I couldn’t return to the original store because it was too far away. I even showed him messages from corporate stating that any Starbucks could remake the drink. I’m sure if I was a Caucasian he would have been happy to make it. However, the manager responded, "This isn't a corporate location; you'll have to go somewhere else." After that experience, I decided never to spend my hard-earned money there again, even though I had been a regular customer.
