Cashier was extremely rude. She couldn’t bother to say hello or good morning. She couldn’t bother to stop her food prep at the register to take my order. She continued prepping the food items while taking my order and I was the only customer.

To add insult to injury, I was served a drink with dirty lid - covered in something gross & off putting.

Bad Service 8/07/2025
I ordered through my app at 8:24pm couldn’t get name of the girl because she was no longer wearing her badge. I went to pick up my order at 8:40pm once I got there drinks didn’t even look well made. I realized instead of a venti she had given me a grande in one of the drinks. I let her know that she had given me the wrong size and she said “well we are close” bite her tongue rolled her eyes and said “ill just remake it” like obviously I expect you to remake it you made the mistake not me (I thought in my head) and continued to say“ next time don’t order before closing” in a very rude way. I ordered 36 minutes before closing. I just stayed quiet and ignored her as she kept mumbling to herself. There was other people who wanted to order as well before 9pm as that’s their closing time and she didn’t serve them as she had already closed down and was cleaning.

Came in on a saturday morning. Katherine was the cashier and just had the nastiest attitude. She didnt greet us. Made us wait till she was done writing on a dry erase until she took our order and still continue to write while we ordered instead of engaging . She didn't ask if we had Starbucks rewards or the mobile app. She just didn't have Starbucks happiness.. on the other hand michele was a delightful turn around for us. Michele deserves her own 4 stars. Love the lil messages she gives

This location deserves to be shut down. I have been to numerous locations and never had a problem with the staff nor my order. Amy is the most rudest customer service person I’ve ever met. My iced coffee with a shot of espresso tasted like iced water, nothing about it taste like coffee. Save yourself the hassle, money and time and go to another store!
