This location deserves to be shut down. I have been to numerous locations and never had a problem with the staff nor my order. Amy is the most rudest customer service person I’ve ever met. My iced coffee with a shot of espresso tasted like iced water, nothing about it taste like coffee. Save yourself the hassle, money and time and go to another store!

I've been to many Starbucks locations in malls, stores, airports, stand alone locations, etc., but today was THE FIRST time I've ever heard of ANYONE (even at this location) tell me they cut their blenders off 30 minutes before closing. Like what I'm the world? If you ask didn't want to do your job then say that but don't carry on as though this is normal procedure when I know & have been to this location & ordered later than this but it's fine... I'll be sure to call the regional office for this location tomorrow. So glad I took note of her name!

I ordered a large green matcha tea light on the ice so the barista decided to fill up a third of my drink with foam... For nothing now you know why no one tips you and no one wants to return but I guess you do that on purpose....

What a bad experience today! I waited in line for a customer that was talking with the only employee there! I was waiting and waiting and then I decided to "look for the sandwich" and in that moment the employee asked her "what are you going to have?" And the customer asked her "what flavor do you have?l" ... and they started talking about the different flavors finally she got one and when the employee started preparing it she stopped many times to keep going with the conversation!" After 6 or 7 minutes we walked out!

I would understand completely if the delay in any part was due to COVID. However, they are just unconcerned about customer service and slow. I would never stop at this location again. The two working apparently do not communicate on any level. Although they had orders backed up, it was the one making drinks that stopped to GO get supplies. Even if the young lady working the register would have started with a "hello" I might not have written this post. Customer service especially during this time should be on point.
