They need to train employees better efficient time . Order online , drive through and walk in . The Starbucks I go to at highland village I used to work there , I Order online they did in time before I walk in and know my name very well the barista was very sweet friendly , and it tell you when time to pick it up sadly they closed . This location since I work here now I had to wait extra min on them to pick up my drink that is unacceptable for not doing right on time . And Kroger did way better than these employees.

The drink wasn't right. I asked her to remake it. She made it with the same grounds, all the while smiling and assuring me. Disgusting.

I usually get my coffee or matcha here everyday for the past year and for the past two weeks it’s been awful so I’ve started going to another Starbucks down the street. I even asked for it to be remade and it was worse than the first drink.

Came here at 8:55 and and a guy said they are closed, I drive here 15 minutes because it was the only Starbucks opened after 9, their hours are until 9:30, the guy just didn’t want to work.

Don't waste your energy,, time, and money. Under-staffed or under-trained, these baristas can't keep up with business demands or a good attitude. And they're likely to give your coffee to someone else.

Just choose another Starbucks location or make coffee at home. This location is so busy and chaotic that the staff can't keep up with correct orders or pleasant customer service.

another starbucks location i go quite frequently. it's the one next to barnes and nobles in the river oaks shopping district. ive been to both in-store and drive thrus. This place gets busy real fast and sometimes they are out of menu items but i still come here lots because it's near me. that being said both placing an order in store or with drive thru is great - not much of a difference. sometimes drive thru can be dull and walking in the store can give you some light and smiles.but yea this starbucks is cool. friendly service as always.

Last 3 visits was horrible. Orders never right. I was trying to give them a chance but waiting 15 minutes for a coffee and then was wrong and only reason I went there was closer to my job if I could give them a negative 0 I would

Update stay clear from the Starbucks. Used to be a hidden mess now you can’t expect anything from this location. I never have cold brew always out by the machine is broken. This location is like a McDonald’s with the ice cream machine it’s very rare you get when you order or not at all. Save yourself the headache and go down the street and go to the Starbucks in Kroger.This star bucks is a hit or miss! The store has a lot of young kids working and seem to play around in the afternoons. I came in one day sat in line behind all the employees while they got a drink played around and talking. After standing there like 10 mins finally one of the workers ask what I would like and started making it before I got to the register. She then stated everyone in front of me was employees and I shouldn’t have to wait! In all I recommend the Starbucks down the street inside Kroger! The ladies there are professional, fast, and always remember your order!

Almost every single time, they mess up my order or my boyfriends order. Today, he went to get my coffee, bagel and madeleines.1. They gave him a croissant instead - my boyfriend asked for the bagel2. No madeleines - my boyfriend asked for it3. My boyfriend says twice “black coffee with no sweetener”…. Comes back and there’s sweetener in it.Wasting money on a place that doesn’t pay attention on simple orders. How does one mess up a black coffee literally 95% of the time? It’s at the point where when I go, I have to taste test it before leaving and many times I ask for them to remake.
