I usually get my coffee or matcha here everyday for the past year and for the past two weeks it’s been awful so I’ve started going to another Starbucks down the street. I even asked for it to be remade and it was worse than the first drink.
Came here at 8:55 and and a guy said they are closed, I drive here 15 minutes because it was the only Starbucks opened after 9, their hours are until 9:30, the guy just didn’t want to work.

They need to train employees better efficient time . Order online , drive through and walk in . The Starbucks I go to at highland village I used to work there , I Order online they did in time before I walk in and know my name very well the barista was very sweet friendly , and it tell you when time to pick it up sadly they closed .
