I stopped and got my usual Starbucks coffee at a store by my house and it was made incorrectly. Since this location was on my way to work I thought I would stop by to ask if they could fix my coffee and they did so graciously!! I cannot thank them enough, otherwise I would have been out that money because I wouldn’t have been able to drink the original!!
Alejandra at Starbucks was truly wonderful! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and had such a great smile. I ordered a coffee cake and a Matcha Banana drink (which was delicious!), and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
