Went to the Starbucks earlier today and the person who’s taking the orders through drive-through young woman tone was very dismissive when asking her what hot teas they had voice tone was very unfriendly and I know that it was intentional because when I was waiting for my items at the pick up window, I could hear her talking to other customers friendly and very kind so I feel like just because somebody needs help asking what kind of hot tea they have it should not be something that they’re so dismissive about instead of helping the customer with their choice and not being rude about it I don’t even go to Starbucks that much so I clearly don’t know my options in the hot teas are not displayed in the menu so I find that very rude of her !!!

I’m used to taking my dog on a walk, in my old neighborhood, getting a coffee and a puppy-chino (or however you spell it) So I was not expecting to get asked if my dog is a service animal without even a greeting—not sure how legal that is either. Loud enough for everyone in the shop to turn around. I wasn’t even greeted first. I was standing in the corner waiting to order away from everyone and food. There’s a Starbucks on every corner…just irritated that I won’t be going spending my money at the one within walking distance of my house because basic customer service and respect isn’ practiced.

Very busy at 9am and they don’t have a drive through so it’s a lot of people standing around hovering over people sitting in the cafe. Waited 13 min for a cold brew with cream on top. Starbucks on Yale moves a lot quicker. Seems like they were overrun with mobile orders and prioritizing those.

Hot coffee tastes like water. This location doesn't brew like they used to, it is now a lousy machine. How can you be a coffee franchise and not make a decent cup of black coffee!? Other than that, staff is super friendly!!
