What an absolute gem. This place encapsulates everything I love about Houston. The menu is extensive and yet everything is executed so quickly and perfectly. Quirky interesting dishes that are done just the way they were on my trip to Tokyo. Loved the ramen, the skewers, the tempura, and so many little bites.
