So the photo below states you can get a free refill then when you ask about a refill of your specialty drink, as it states on picture, your told that's its only the fine print, not the regular printed that includes all the drinks.
Very busy at 9am and they don’t have a drive through so it’s a lot of people standing around hovering over people sitting in the cafe. Waited 13 min for a cold brew with cream on top. Starbucks on Yale moves a lot quicker. Seems like they were overrun with mobile orders and prioritizing those.
