I frequent this location almost on a daily basis. I order the exact same drink every time. It’s usually a great experience with super friendly/great service. Today I came and again ordered the same drink. The price was off so I mentioned it to the associate. He went to check with the manager and came back to tell me that the manager has “told” me that it cannot be rung up the way it has been for years?? I asked him how the manager even knew who he was waiting on as he didn’t come to the window? No one has ever “told” me anything. The associate told me he was from a different store and just doing what he was told. He was rude and short and couldn’t even say thank you or goodbye. Super poor customer service.

Every time I come to this location, I am disappointed. They do not know how to make the beverages on their menu. This morning I ordered a caramel macchiato. What I got was a big cup of burnt espresso. Not even sure there’s frosty milk syrup or caramel in it.

I go there and get good coffee almost all the time I am not disappointed
I don’t usually stop by Starbucks but when I do, I stop at this location. The service is usually pretty good but yesterday I had a not so great experience with one of the workers at the drive thru. She was very rude when taking my order, the moment I drove up to the speaker and said good afternoon she did not acknowledge me and immediately said “what can I get you”. Also when I drove around to the window, she literally stuck her arm out with the card machine to get my payment. She did not speak at all or acknowledge me still. At this point I am beyond upset and immediately asked for my receipt so I can right this review. She had curly brown/red hair and wore glasses, I was unable to retrieve her name but needed to share my experience because I am big on customer service. There was no need to be disrespectful to customers that are giving our hard earned money to this business and she did not make myself (the customer) feel valued and this experience definitely has me questioning if I want to even return to this specific location.
Don’t these employees get like a TON more $ compared to McDonalds workers?? And the DRIVE THRU DARE to ask for a tip and i have to type on the screen to tell them no? Who has ever TIPPED a DRIVE THRU worker?? What happened to covid sanitary policies, im gonna touch that screen to tell you “no” on a tip? How many people a day have touched that screen? And why do the staff have such a bratty, entitled attitude? I would way rather tip a McDonald’s employee…

I don't give out five star reviews frequently but this Starbucks truly deserves it. There are 9 Starbucks within a 2 mi radius of my house, only this one consistently meets and exceeds expectations. That drinks are always filled to the top, customization request met exactly as stated, and the drive-through workers are always efficient and friendly.

Kelly was exceptionally kind and polite. She prepared me a wonderful iced coffee customized. It was amazing. The facility is clean, the atmosphere is peaceful, the coffee is delicious. ?☮️✌️
