The team was amazingly nice and vibing as I loved how Roxy, Gizzele, Luis, and Mel were all bonding together in the front. As it seems like they were making drinks they were having fun and smiling. I loved the part of sampling to us in the lobby.

Usually I love going to this location but the Hispanic or possibly black girl working here today at 12:45 in the afternoon was extremely rude. She may have even had a management role because I heard her telling a fellow co-worker they could go on break. She does not know anything about customer service and speaks very rude to the customers. I’ve always experienced great customer service here so I’m not sure if she’s new or what the deal was but there’s no reason to be treating customers who are friendly with you like that.

Awful. I purchased a latte and all of the whipped cream had melted. To reveal only a half cup of coffee. I also ordered the Italian potato cakes and they were spoiled. Smelled and tasted rotten.

The best double-blended matcha green tea frappacino I have EVER had! I love this location and anytime we are in Houston we come here from The Woodlands. Our barista Nahji was awesome. Store is very nice. Very clean. Lots of places to study. Thank you!!

Come here often and rarely are they off but today I think someone got in their feelings about us not giving a tip. I don’t believe jn giving tips BEFORE I even get what I ordered. That being said I wasn’t even the one paying. Ordered a grande and got this. Coffee is too expensive to be shorting customers nearly half a cup. If you’re mad about your tip, get mad at Starbucks not the customers. I also have a family to feed. A nice coffee splurge should not be misconstrued as having money to throw away. If I had been the one paying we’d be back there now getting a refund.

I frequent this location almost on a daily basis. I order the exact same drink every time. It’s usually a great experience with super friendly/great service. Today I came and again ordered the same drink. The price was off so I mentioned it to the associate. He went to check with the manager and came back to tell me that the manager has “told” me that it cannot be rung up the way it has been for years?? I asked him how the manager even knew who he was waiting on as he didn’t come to the window? No one has ever “told” me anything. The associate told me he was from a different store and just doing what he was told. He was rude and short and couldn’t even say thank you or goodbye. Super poor customer service.

Every time I come to this location, I am disappointed. They do not know how to make the beverages on their menu. This morning I ordered a caramel macchiato. What I got was a big cup of burnt espresso. Not even sure there’s frosty milk syrup or caramel in it.
