Severe drop in cappuccino quality and service. About half the time I get service with an attitude and other half they are great. Bailing on Starbucks, as consistency is very poor now.

How long does it take to make tea and warm up a sandwich? Turns out a long time!
Starbucks at gate 32 at IAH. Seemed well staffed. At least 5 people behind the counter and only one person seemed to actually be working. A nice Asian lady. I waited 22 minutes for a hot tea, a sandwich and a pumpkin bread. I paid $23 and had to abandon my stuff to make my flight. At first when I walked up I saw a bunch of “abandoned” bags on the counter. I didn’t know where the people were, but now I know that they suffered the same fate.

Starbucks at the Airport..Deserves 0 stars. The treatment is horrible, they give you a reluctant service and they serve you poorly made drinks and breakfast and they also throw it away. And they are Homophobic🏳️‍🌈, they treated me and my girlfriend very badly… The place is super dirty and everything is poorly organized, you have to guess what your drink is, why even if you ask they answer horrible… I am a fan of Starbucks, and in All the time I've been traveling this is the WORST Starbucks I could have gone to... I didn't have time to record the girls who served, but I already filed my report on the official website... and they also wrote the wrong name.
My girlfriend's name, her name is not Regina and it was a problem finding our order.

Honestly of all the starbucks in this airport I've been to this one is the worst one in my eyes. The attitude of some of the employees on duty is terrible and the drinks, more often than not, always come out tasting off in someway, not even getting into the presentation of them.

They did not have Frappuccinos they ran out, I asked for a cheese danish and a blue berry scone and they sold me the cannot warm it up because they don’t have a toaster also the product says to be sold by a certain time and it was sold way after that.

I ordered something on the app. They had run out of ice and so my order wasn’t filled. I’ve been waiting more than a month for a refund. This process should be instant. Been attempting to contact customer service without result. There is no reason to even have a wait a day for a refund on something order that was not received.

What bad service. The two ladies manning the 'store' should change profession and not stay in the hospitality service. They seem to have all the time in the world and do not realize people need to get to their flight. Inventory management was bad too, no sugar except for sweetener, no sleeves. When someone ask about it, they got a rude reply.

Worst Starbucks. Only got a black coffee and wanted a little cream and sweetener. No cream at the station. Waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged, only to be told they could not put cream or stirrers in the station. Employee literally said “what you see is what you get.” Asked for cream, and she wouldn’t do it. Last time. You’ve lost my business - all Starbucks, everywhere.

Very rude employees at this location inside IAH airport. He spilled the coffee and the cup was wet, he just handed it like that to me. I ordered a blueberry muffin, he practically threw it at me and it was awful tasting and did not look fresh at al! I didn't find out until I sat down at my gate and realized this. Definitely not EVER walking out of my way to this location at this airport.
