I didn’t catch her name, but the sweet employee working the register on 9/22/24 at 6pm extended such a kind gesture to me. I am having a really hard day, and asked if they had hot herbal tea (she really sweet but informed me no), and then gladly fulfilled my request of just a big hot cup of water. I expected to pay for it, but she gave it to me for free. Thank you so much.

This was probably the worse Starbucks I’ve been to, as far as customer service. Cashier was rude and was cleaning under her nails with a food thermometer. The barista was eating while making drinks, no sense of urgency. Good thing I had time before my flight departed.

Terminal B - two employees left, leaving one guy to make about 20 drinks. Several customers had to walk away or miss boarding. Guy left (Blonde with beard) did his best and stayed calm, but the employees who didn’t give him a hand, and the ones that should have made the shift change- well, probably should get a couple demerits. Leave yourself at least 30 mins to get a drink at this location.
Slow, slow, rude, inefficient, and slow. Not only did they take nearly 20 minutes to pour coffee into a cup, but they refused to fill the cup. I ordered a tall coffee with no ice. They charged me extra for no ice and then told me they "do not fill the cup." Absolutely ridiculous. And did i mention slow?

Worst service ever at a Starbucks. The cashier was talking to everyone else but me when ordering. There was a lot of drinks waiting to be pick at the counter because they didn’t say any name. At the end they ended up trowing like 5 drinks. I waited almost 30 minutes to get 2 cappuccinos

The one by gate C33....Horrible customer service. Tell you late that they are out of something. Replaced with something else repeated 3 times clearly! And still gave me the wrong item. Alot of standing around chatting amongst them and not focus on the customer or their duties.
