They gave my husband the wrong order he ordered a Iced Caramel Macchiato came home with a plain iced cinnamon coffee(I am allergic to cinnamon so I had to trash it immediately) and worst of all made him pay extra for their mistake. Avoid at all cost.

If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I totally would!! This place is empty there’s no reason why I should be waiting for one grande coffee for over 20 minutes!! It’s 6pm. Not rush hour. I came when they first opened and it was the same it sucks that many months later they have not improved whatsoever.

Sat in drive thru 20 minutes to order to find out no cold brew for the day. Since there was no way to exit line I settled for a venti latte. The car in front of me was turning down a wrong drinkand lo and behold my turn he tried to give it to me. I declined and drove off.

They are allowing online ordering with indoor pickup, but then close the store and now you have to wait in a long line at the drive thru. Problem is, they're still making drinks and putting them out for pick up, but you cant pick it up. so by the time you get thru drive thru, your drink will be oldFYI it wasn't even 6 pm yetSpent 30 minutes in line. This place is terrible it’s been open for less than a year and the customer service is bad. If it’s not lobby only then it’s drive thru only, and on top of that there’s been times where you can ONLY order on the mobile app and pay via app. Who ever is running this location needs to step it up.

Whoever is working 1/25/24 at 8:00 is very rude… I called and asked a question, and the girl on the phone was disrespectful and had an attitude answering a simple question… The drinks were nasty, and the atmosphere was hostile.

First time here. Stopped on my way home from a long night shift hoping to get a quick bite. I order my food and immediately I got an attitude type vibe from the receptionist at the drive thru. So I say, maybe I'm tired and it's just me. So I pay for my food get it and I'm waiting on my receipt. So the gurl in drive thru comes over and stares. I ask for my receipt and she gives me a look like whatever and then rolls her eyes. I just drove off and chose not to engage with her rudeness/foolishness. This location needs better customer service or should I say this girl needs hospitality training. I won't be back that's for sure.
