The store is a mix of good and bad experiences. Some say it is ok but stopped going after a manager told a coworker they could not be on the patio area for a quick meeting even though they purchased a coffee. Other coffee options closeby offer better product and service. On Christmas Day a person wanted the egg nog latte but it was sold out; the server made a substitute drink that tasted just like egg not and the customer service was a 10+ with everyone working smiling. In the neighborhood a person waited a few mintues before someone took an order and the special order set the tone for a great day. A young lady manager made a day better after a
