Wish I could give this location zero stars. Americano drive through took 10 minutes. Just drove off and paid $5 for a black coffee, seem to have no sense of customer service!
Good service

I got Summer Berry lemonade and literally 60 percent of it was ice. I finished it in a couple of minutes. I got less ice when I ordered it at the AIRPORT. Pleaseeee, for a six dollar drink, at least make it worthwhile!! I could get an actual boba for the price I paid for it. Never again.
Slow slow slow. 20 minutes in a drive thru! Only for family

This parking lot is STUPID. Why is it split? Why is there a ONE WAY making it where you can’t get to the proper part of the parking lot without driving around the block if you miss the correct entrance. You would think River oaks would have the money to make this not my problem.

One star for the espresso shot, but I LOVE the feta wrap! Most bitter awful tasting espresso shot. Dilute it down with enough sugar, syrup and milk and I guess I understand why people like the coffee here?!?!
Ordered a caramel frappe via mobile. Frappe was all liquid; no ice/slush. Went back to have it remade. The second one was slightly better than the first but still too “watery”. The young lady working the drive-thru window was extremely kind and accommodating when I came back asking to have it remade. She was very personable and had a nice tone and was also apologetic. 3 stars are for her great service. Probably won’t go back to this location because of the drink.

Worst place ever the woman at window got order wrong then asked if I was sure I was not wrong? Second the girl who made the second drink was picking at her eye fetching out eye junk and proceeded to keep making the replacement drink!!! Yuck!!! Dirty yucky service

There was mold in my water cup that made me very sick. Currently on the phone with corporate. I’ve never complained to any place about something like this.
i’m a partner at starbucks so i’m well aware of the policy we have for each store. I came in with another coworker to get two personal cups of water as well as a pastry item. from the get go the service was bad, but i’m always considerate since i know how busy and overwhelming it can get. We let the person know we have personal cups and we have our partner numbers. they disregard what we have told her. we even go as far to repeat to them again. in the end, we payed without our discount because it was clear as day the person at the window was not having a great day and ignored when we told them we had numbers.

Starbucks, of course, is the corporate behemoth of coffeehouses, and anyone who follows my reviews knows that I prefer small, independent, and eclectic places to franchise outlets, But I've got a weekly appointment in the River Oaks area, and I'm a bit stuck with this location if I want to get in some remote work. That being said, this Starbucks has the best atmosphere by far of the half-dozen in Houston that I've visited personally. The staff is always friendly, the bathrooms are immaculate, and of course there is a full array of coffee options (at prices that, unfortunately, seem a bit on the high side).
