This parking lot is STUPID. Why is it split? Why is there a ONE WAY making it where you can’t get to the proper part of the parking lot without driving around the block if you miss the correct entrance. You would think River oaks would have the money to make this not my problem.
Ordered a caramel frappe via mobile. Frappe was all liquid; no ice/slush. Went back to have it remade. The second one was slightly better than the first but still too “watery”. The young lady working the drive-thru window was extremely kind and accommodating when I came back asking to have it remade. She was very personable and had a nice tone and was also apologetic. 3 stars are for her great service. Probably won’t go back to this location because of the drink.
Starbucks, of course, is the corporate behemoth of coffeehouses, and anyone who follows my reviews knows that I prefer small, independent, and eclectic places to franchise outlets, But I've got a weekly appointment in the River Oaks area, and I'm a bit stuck with this location if I want to get in some remote work.
