I’m very disappointed with the service today. I been at this place since they opened. Ordered at 11:30am with 1 drink and 2 breads . 11:35am they gave me 2 breads. Been waiting until 11:55am for the drink but nothing. I asked the barista about my drink, she said she busy. Ok I’m waiting for little bit more. Then she gave me a drink ( not under my name) . And I said this is not my name and not like my order. She said she will make my order, I asked her “ do you want I confirm my order with you before you do that?” She said No. Then 12:05pm I got my drink and it was not like I want.

I always come here to work on assignments and they have the best hospitality. Janice is the sweetest and is always serving us delicious samples. Mateo is the best at drink recommendations and makes it to perfection. This is the drink he recommended and I love it!! Thanks team!

Be careful ordering in the Drive-Thru from this Starbucks location. I ordered a cappuccino and was given a coffee with foamy milk. I don't appreciate paying for the higher price drink and getting plain coffee.
