If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I had to urgently use their restroom but was allowed to until I made a purchase. I pleaded to be allowed to use it before and then I would purchase something. The barista denied me my request. I HAD to buy something.

Pro service. Welcoming cozy atmosphere. Frendly employee. Last but not least, they cuztomize my drinks perfectly no matter how difficult the requests are! I stop here like once every 2 days. Here's an example for one of my drinks y'all might be interested in: 1-2 shot expresso medium size cup (iced) 2 pumps white mocha Salted cold foam Light heavy cream (Decaf if you want)

Super disappointed by today. I asked for a Venti brown sugar Oat milk shaken espresso via the mobile app with caramel drizzle, vanilla cold foam, and to line the cup with caramel. The first two pictures is the coffee they first handed me-no caramel drizzle and no caramel in the cup. They said they would remake it, no problem mistakes happen, I waited patiently. Didn't realize this would PO them so much so they would completely ruin the 'remake.' The last three pictures will show you the remake, the original and remakes side by side, and the remake with no caramel drizzle on top AGAIN. The remake was basically undrinkable as they put so much caramel drizzle at the bottom I could barely drink through the straw. This is just unacceptable. I waited for my drink to be remade and got an even worse drink back. This is ridiculous. Stay far away from this place, they obviously got rid of all the good baristas.

This is my fave Starbucks Coffee ☕️ ? ? they are are efficient and friendly there. I used to go to W Gray and Woodhead locations but don't anymore because they were always out of food. Buffalo Speedway is the best!!! Keep it up. ??

Compliments to Barista Cameron! Cameron served up a blonde roast pour-over. I didn't ask for it, but Cameron offered and served a pour-over anyway. I got to enjoy the freshest cup of personalized coffee because Cameron's sole focus was meeting a customer's needs. Come visit this Starbucks for the amazing customer service and say hello to Cameron. Maybe even leave him a tip like I did.
