Don't follow order instructions, a got something else although my order was clear and made on the app, so no misunderstanding could've happened.

pls don’t ever order from here especially if you are in a hurry! Drinks will take about 20-30 min to make lol. The people there don’t make drinks based on who was there first. I ordered a nitro cold brew and iced vanilla latte. I received the nitro cold brew right away, waited another 25 minutes, then received the nitro cold brew again lol. I told them that I already received a nitro cold brew and if the second drink would come out as well. Then they said there were people ahead of me… they should make the same orders at the same time. It’s not efficient. I feel bad for the employees because there were so many angry people. They just need to make this Starbucks more efficient esp when this airport gets busy lol.

Usually 30+ minutes wait in busy hours. Sent my mobile order at 6:09am and got my cold brew at 6:45am. It is strange that Starbucks in Houston airports (including IAH) accept mobile orders. IMO, mobile ordering is convenient but may mislead Customers regarding the actual wait-time. In all U.S. airports I have been to elsewhere, I’ve never seen Starbucks (usually operated by HMS) accepting mobile orders; customers have to join the line to order; if the line is too long, it will scare away customers whose boarding time is approaching; that is a primitive but effective traffic control mechanism, if Starbucks is not too greedy to take Customers’ money and accept their mobile orders.

Visited the location near Gate 45. It was okay to say the leaset. As orher have mentioned there are alot of workers on the floor however they are not utilized effectively thus it’s not a well oiled machine.

This is the most disorganized Starbucks I have visited. The staff did not work together and their hospitality was lacking.

I visited the Starbucks near Gate 45 at the Houston airport yesterday. I paid around $9 for a grande Caramel Macchiato but was given the smallest size, and I didn’t have time to address it because I was rushing.
Even more troubling, I saw employees pour leftover drinks into a sink, and then another employee rinsed a jug directly in that same dirty water. They then used that jug to make the next order. This was extremely unhygienic and honestly shocking to witness. Overall, it left me very frustrated and uncomfortable.

We came by after going through security, and was told it was closed at 8:22pm, although a pilot was served in front of us. Came back 10 minutes later as 6 people were in line waiting for orders. And asked specifically “Are you guys open?”. The lady working said “No. The line is closed” as I looked at the other customers that was able to order coffee. We instead walked across the other end of the airport and gave our business to Dunkin Donuts which was open until 10pm.

Shout out to Mya and Faith for going above and beyond with customer service. These two ladies welcomed us to Houston, the Starbucks way, and they went out of their way to. Thank you, Mya and Faith!

The worst cappuccino I’ve ever had. They literally charged me eight dollars for what tasted like water with a hint of coffee instead of a real cappuccino. Horrible.
