Waited exactly 34 mins for a frozen coffee. There was only one person of the 3 person team making coffee. They need more help and to manage orders more efficiently.
This location is bad for the Starbucks brand. It’s an airport - and the longest wait for coffee. Very limited menu, not enough baristas causing very bad service. Not sure if they have my order as the printer for mobile orders is not working. Rebates for missed flights?
Got just about everything wrong 👍
Surprisingly good Starbucks for an airport location. Miserably hot in lime and likely far worse for the employees. But my drink order came out fast and the barista was super friendly.
As of today 2/21/25 around 8:30am. That crew on that shift must be was rushing to get my sandwich done because it wasn't warm but i was stand on the side for a min to get a cold breakfast sandwich I bought myself a impossible sausage breakfast biscuit. When I bit into it. It was cold all inside my breakfast biscuit 😠 😡. Im going to the other startbuck at Hobby Airport. When I have another flight. I didn't get to enjoy my second biscuit they give me that was warm. Check your breakfast sandwich vegans to make sure it warm
Just don’t go here unless you have a full 40+ mins before your boarding time. We were charged for an incorrect, and more expensive, drink order which they at least remade but didn’t refund, but overall it took us about 26 mins from the time we finished ordering to getting our two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches, barely made it to the gate (gate 40 <100 ft away) even though we got in line at the Starbucks 40 mins before boarding, almost had to just leave the order
Terrible place ..how do you not accept cash...Trash coffee anyway go to Dunkin 100x better
Slow and expensive
$5 for a black coffee. They can keep it. Incredibly slow service. Line wrapped down the corridor. Vote with your dollars, people. There's no reason for things to be this expensive, even at the airport.
Quality employees, who don't mind being there at 4:00 am.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. We ordered White Chocolate Mocha and they prepared sweet milk with sugar. The barista with a curly hair had no sense to greet customer and talked in a weird way. They don't pay attention to what customer wants and prepares as per their understanding. Highly disappointing.

Why does Starbucks management/corporate not see reason to fix the ongoing problem with this location? I am at this airport weekly. I don’t usually go to this Starbucks because all Hobby frequent fliers know it’s more than likely going to take forever. As someone who has patronized Starbucks in my hometown as well as all over the country for years, my experience is almost always good..sometimes great..certainly consistent. The hobby airport location near gate 45 is CONSISTENTLY HORRENDOUS. It’s almost laughable. As I said, I don’t stop in often, but I pass by it all the time. There always seems to be plenty of employees. I had a lot of time today and I was craving a holiday drink, so I went in. There are 8-9 visible employees including an on duty sup/ mgr, there is NO reason that there should be extra long pauses where no orders (food nor beverages) are being taken. The line just grows as 2 people slowly make drinks and 4-5 other people are talking, laughing, and doing something other than engaging with the customers who’ve joined the line and are just watching and waiting witnessing the same thing that I’ve described. No one said to them “sorry for the wait/we’ll be with with you as soon possible” SOMETHING. I was second in line. The one gentleman who actually was professional and doing something to move the line forward said he’d be with me in a sec. He prepped food from the order in front of me but it took him a while. I started to watch the time. It was 6 minutes before he took my order. That’s a long time when again, there are 8 or more visible employees (including a lead) who are chatting, laughing and appear to be doing a bunch of nothing (slowly at that). The way they operate is inefficient, too slow, careless, and the opposite of what is needed in a fast paced busy environment that’s run on a strict schedule like the airport. Why doesn’t upper management or corporate care? There’s no way they are unaware. Unacceptable.
Ants on the pickup counter with open food bags. It was a lot, there's no way they didn't know, they were just coexisting with them. Also stupid long wait for a black cold brew.
