Don’t waste your time. Wait for coffee is regularly 45+ mins. Also, they don’t easily cancel your order when you don’t have time to wait. This has been an issue for months—especially in the morning.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Today I went to this Starbucks ordered one drink at 7:19 and then did not get my drink until after 7:40!!!!!!! I didn’t get an update on my drink at any point and they were not that busy so I’m extremely confused on how it takes almost 20 minutes to make one drink. The airport is already terrible let alone having to wait an extra 20 minutes for a drink! My gate was set to leave at 7:45 so I had to leave without a drink after waiting 20 minutes. So just know if you go to this Starbucks expect a 20 minute wait!

TERRIBLE service, slow, with disregard towards customers, none of free tables were clean, vanilla scone showing on display stale, no cup for enjoying cappuccino in the coffee shop - an overall feeling of lack of care, in a dirty environment. Where is the service expected for the over-priced coffee?

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks anywhere. Took 17 minutes for them to make one chai latte. One of the employees behind the counter was doing absolutely nothing other than talking to her coworkers and slowing them down. Chai latte wasn’t any good either - it was weak. Go to Pete’s Coffee at this terminal.

-100 for the service. Took 26 minutes for an iced matcha latte. Not organized. Watching the girl bartender doing the iced and frozen dated December 22, 2023 @7:32pm. Watched her doing drinks is not all organized I mean that's the line supposed to be, right? Whoever order first gets first. Talking with other employees even she is already slow. Even forgot to turn on the blender lol. Anyway All of the customers behind me had theirs. I asked if where's my order coz 4-5 people behind me got theirs already and I did not have mine yet. And she slammed my drinks when I said it took 26 minutes. Jeez! Pls manager watch your bartenders doing the drinks coz customers can see it.

I ordered a green tea via mobile order . The young male manager with black hair and a patch of grey hair said all they can serve is coffee and that he had to refund me for my drink which was Starbucks stars. I didn’t receive my stars back. I go back to let him know and he had time to make cappuccinos and other foo foo coffee drinks yet not an ice green tea. There’s pitchers of tea sitting on the shelf per the attached picture . Very rude and costing the owner of your store money. You definitely should get another shift manager as he is costing you customers from coming back. Maybe it’s because I used stars. I’ll be writing to corporate as well

I cannot thank the staff enough. I flew out of Houston yesterday to Birmingham. This was the only place I could find that had milk that they were willing to sell to me for my young toddler. The woman working the register even stepped away from her place to get the mild for us, so that we didn’t have to wait on the barista who was still working on at least 4 orders ahead of ours.

This store really needs some help to get organized and staff to run it. I place an online order today and went to pick it up and it’s no there. I asked for assistance and got no where. Didn’t even get my drink or a refund. This is reduces. Starbucks Help!
