Visited the location near Gate 45. It was okay to say the leaset. As orher have mentioned there are alot of workers on the floor however they are not utilized effectively thus it’s not a well oiled machine.
Adrianna is amazing! She's down-to-earth, hardworking, and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. I've been impressed by her dedication and kindness, and she's definitely someone who makes a positive impact.
Shout out to Mya and Faith for going above and beyond with customer service. These two ladies welcomed us to Houston, the Starbucks way, and they went out of their way to. Thank you, Mya and Faith!
