So I ordered a tall Pike place and some goodies. All was good. Then I went for a refill. The woman clerk said we don't do refills. I asked if Starbucks changed its policy. The woman clerk said yes. No refills allowed. I asked to speak to the manager. He said they don't do refills. I asked why. They said it's because their franchiser doesn't allow any refills. They said I could go to a Starbucks at terminal C for a refill. I asked if they could make a 1 time exception. They said no. Incredulous. I wonder what other things this location is skimping on.
Quite possibly the slowest Starbucks in history. Staff were very unfriendly. The barista gives absolutely zero cares. This location is at the crossroads of all terminals and at 8am on Tuesday morning, you’d expect more than one cranky gal making morning coffees for travellers. Everyone has been patient so far but I don’t expect that to last long. Grab a coffee elsewhere if you can. Especially for $9.50 a person.

I travel weekly through IAH & this C42 location is very unprofessional, rude, and unbecoming of the most basic customer service! Beware, you will receive nasty attitudes and have to wait forever to receive your order, at least on the morning shift. If you inquire about something wrong with your order, you will be met with even more attitude and eye rolling. If customer experience is important to you, just go ahead and choose another location! 🤷🏽♂️

Horrible, more employees than people in line is still took me at least twenty minutes to get my drink.. Busy yacking with each other. There was some drama and they were floating with the guys that were here at the airport.

They spelled my name wrong, they scolded me for trying to read the name of a drink, they told me to wait my turn, the girls read it whispering and when I ask them to check, they answer if that's what they asked for, take it then and I told them I don't know, can you check because it's not my name and he answers me, it's not my problem, I didn't take his order.

Cashier was short and kind of rude to me. Wanted to use my Starbucks points for a free drink, but apparently they can just give you about $2 off a $13 drink. Would have saved my points to actually get a free drink.

I travel through here a lot for work. The Starbucks in terminal B is terrible. Multiple times in the last few months I’ve had to leave my order behind to catch a flight while also not being able to get a refund because of the time crunch. Today it took over 25 minutes to pour me a cup of pre brewed coffee and hand me a muffin. Thats not including the 5 minutes prior to me walking up to the counter after placing the mobile order. One time it took 40 minutes to get my order here, but luckily I had time to wait that day. No place to leave feedback on the app so doing it on here. DO NOT use the store at terminal B unless you have a lot of time to spare.

Slowest Starbucks ever. 7 employees but nobody even tried to make some effort. 6 customers in line,
took 18 minutes. Unbelievable.
Terminal D no. 42 Starbucks is the worst Starbucks I’ve even been too. Staff were very rude and racist. after waiting for very long and just begging for small water after receiving my order. 3 employees were pissed 1 white 2 blacks. They passed me on and rolled their eyes.I commented “Thats very rude of you” . the black lady replied hey u got ur water just go.

One batista working, long lines, and growing. Ordering from the app bypasses the order line, but still waiting over 20 min for an americano... ugh.

The WORST STARBUCKS, Disgusting customer service👎 I stopped by for coffee and some breakfast, ALL the staff, Angry, Rude, throwing away the coffee and our breakfast. They should change their staff. It deserves 0 stars for its service… 👎 And my girlfriend's name is Eugenia and they named her whatever they wanted….
