Bad attitude, bad service. January 15th at 11:55 AM, I put an order using the all after waiting in line for a while. I checked the status of my order every 5 minutes until I waited 33 minutes. I went to the coffee bar to ask if my order was ready, but the cashier yelled at me publicly for not making a line. I decided to get help from someone else, and another girl kindly wanted to check it for me, but then the cashier asked her to stop helping me.What's the point of yelling at customers? Is it not allowed for the customer to ask for their orders after waiting more than half an hour? Is the cashier expecting the customer to make a line to ask for an order put 33 minutes ago?Being a cashier at a coffee place is about people. Miss W was RUDE!I was asked to download the app to order. I started to do so, but the app requires that I open an account. I want coffee. I do not want to be part of your brand. I do not want to join your community. I do not want notifications. I don’t want Starbucks having my credit card info. I just want coffee. Can we just do that?When I expressed this, the manager said, “No sir. That’s not how we do it here.”“I just saw the guy before me order and pay.”Then she acted I was being unreasonable and said, “Don’t walk up here with all that. That’s not how we do it here.”“No. It isn’t. But Einsteins does it.”And I walked off. To Einsteins. Great coffee, no gruff. No surveillance.

I asked for a tea got charged for a different thing. When I queried it they said it was the same thing even though the price was different (more expensive). When I tasted it it was clearly different.
Bad customer service, cashier at register 1 who’s Hispanic was extremely rude, we ordered 4 bacon Gouda sandwiches, two orders did not even have bacon in the sandwich, the coffee and tea are super sweet. The team needed to be rechecked with customer service, food and drink quality by whoever run this

I just got treated really badly at this Starbucks, it wasn't at the register it was during delivery.It was just me and the girl took a long time.Served 2 people who arrived after me in front of me.After serving the 2 people, he placed 2 more glasses on the counter. Overall pretty good everything was standard pricing. They also have us a free frapp which was nice. Feta wrap was delicious and I would recommend it. Lines weren’t too long either.
