Cashier was short and kind of rude to me. Wanted to use my Starbucks points for a free drink, but apparently they can just give you about $2 off a $13 drink. Would have saved my points to actually get a free drink.
I travel through here a lot for work. The Starbucks in terminal B is terrible. Multiple times in the last few months I’ve had to leave my order behind to catch a flight while also not being able to get a refund because of the time crunch. Today it took over 25 minutes to pour me a cup of pre brewed coffee and hand me a muffin. Thats not including the 5 minutes prior to me walking up to the counter after placing the mobile order. A nearby Starbucks near C11 is smaller but has more staff, which helps maintain better service.
