Food was good, I'm well-fed. The coffee however mind as well be flavoured water, there wasn't enough cream and sugar to save it. Also had to ask to have the cup filled full instead of 2/3 full..
Food is ok 8/10. The problem with this place is the staff. All look unbothered and uninterested. It looks like they are doing you a favor. Their computer system always fails. Takes around 15 min for your order to be ready. I travel to houston quite a lot and visit this Wendy’s regularly. It is always the same problem. At least the food is good that is why i keep going. Fix it up!

One of my favorite airport foods at Terminal E. Don’t understand why people complain about “unbothered looking” staff. It is a fast food kiosk at an airport - what do you expect? fine dining service experience?? They handle hundreds of people (a lot of them rude) everyday. They don’t need to smile to you. It’s “transactional” food order. And it works great here. Also good food quality.
