One of my favorite airport foods at Terminal E. Don’t understand why people complain about “unbothered looking” staff. It is a fast food kiosk at an airport - what do you expect? fine dining service experience?? They handle hundreds of people (a lot of them rude) everyday. They don’t need to smile to you. It’s “transactional” food order. And it works great here. Also good food quality.

Food was good, I'm well-fed. The coffee however mind as well be flavoured water, there wasn't enough cream and sugar to save it. Also had to ask to have the cup filled full instead of 2/3 full..

The Wendy’s at terminal E is horrible. They give you cold food and water down the drinks. They take their time too, and it’s not even hot n fresh. It’s like they stare at the food and barely cook it. Who hires these ppl?

Horrible service, long line , I had to wait like 20 with only 3 people ahead of me, nobody has a sense of urgency, one computer was down , the other computer wasn’t able to take order bc the manager has to erase the previous order and she was doing restocking, The kitchen crew was not wearing hats or any type of hair covering. I hope someone really take care of this location because my experience and the people behind me couldn’t be worse , this event happened on November 26th , at 5:36 , the manager name is Joel I think one of the crew members said .

I would give it a 0 if I could.I watched an employee open up a coffee packet with her teeth and then proceed to make coffee. Disgusting. I am definitely glad I saw that and left the line and went and got breakfast elsewhere.

Airport food. Service was terrible. She overcharged me and messed up our order. Then I took at 25 minutes to get my cheeseburger. The restaurant was out of fries and nuggets.

If I could give negative stars I would. ? More of the same at the airport. The worst of the worst for staff. Most terrible rude unprofessional service. When you snap back they don’t appreciate it ? Wendy’s you really should do better. Check up on your satellite stores bc my experience here is enough to boycott all stores. ?️
