I didn’t catch her name, but the sweet employee working the register on 9/22/24 at 6pm extended such a kind gesture to me. I am having a really hard day, and asked if they had hot herbal tea (she really sweet but informed me no), and then gladly fulfilled my request of just a big hot cup of water. I expected to pay for it, but she gave it to me for free. Thank you so much.

Nice location but understaffed. I can see people who are working there look tired and demotivated. I ordered a drink via app and waited around for 20 minutes. I did not want to bother the staff that was obviously trying their best and decided to walk away. Please consider staffing up to a higher level to maintain the service that starbucks' customers are accustomed to.

Went in to get my nephew a Birthday Cake cake pop because he wanted it for his birthday. The cashier heard us talking about it and generously let my nephew have the cake pop for free. Kindest thing we had happen that day. 😊
