I have already shared this experience with their corporate office and I was promised a callback over a week ago but maybe a public review will encourage a response. After standing in line for over 10 minutes, them waiting another 10 minutes for my drinks, I was informed that they were out of chai (one of my drinks). When I asked for a refund instead of ordering something different, I was instructed to wait in line again. When I politely objected to going to the back of the line and waiting for them to correct their mistake, LESLIE rudely informed me, "that's not my problem." When I questioned why I would need to wait again, she went on to say, "that's your problem." (Yes, I'm quoting verbatim.) I had hoped that her behavior was an anomaly considering I go to Starbucks at least 8 times a month and had never experienced such horrific service (honestly, I'm not sure I've ever had this bad of service ANYWHERE, not just Starbucks). However, seeing how seriously their corporate office takes this treatment of their customers, I guess I'm left to assume this is acceptable so it's time to give my money to another company. If you are in IAH, get your coffee fix somewhere else and save yourself the headache!

I don't think the employees realize how rude they sound. I know I'm probably an idiot, but I would rather not be treated that way at 93 decibels.

3398 Gloria needs to be fired. She does not need to be taking orders if she does not have the patience to listen to someone place a order. She was rude, would cut me off and refused to listen to anything I said. The staff also yelled “you break it you buy it” to a kid who accidentally knocked over their cups waiting in line.

Starbucks is by far best coffee shop that we have visited. Being an Indian Irony is I always buy Chai Tea Latte from a Coffee shop ?, It was our last visit to any shop in USA before we leave states permanently. The airport facilities is best and my daughter spent easy half an hour roaming around and finding how many sweets she can have before leave. Loved it. Thanks Starbucks for memories ?
