The Starbucks on W Lake Parkway across from HEB has a very attentive staff and serves full cups of cappuccino without compromising quality. The drive-thru line is consistently long, with wait times of up to 40 minutes even when there are few cars. This is a common occurrence, even with only one other person in line. Despite the friendly staff and great manager, the slow service is a significant drawback for this location.
Recent reviews praise the fresh and tasty pastries, including the buttered croissant, brownie, and cinnamon coffee cake. The cashier and manager were both described as super nice and prompt in taking care of the customers. One customer had a great experience at the drive-thru, thanks to Cristal's kindness, energy, and efforts to ensure the customer's order was just right. Another customer, despite ordering at the wrong location, was grateful to Issac for making their order.
