Came here in a rental to deliver coffee. The lid was not secure . I couldn’t tell because bag was stapled shut . I went into the drop off location and it was leaking all over the customers desk. I get back to the car and realize it’s also leaked on the cars seats . The rental company charges a cleaning fee of $450 . All over an order that paid me $7 . I called several times . Of course no answer the clerk was busy on his phone playing . DO NOT EVER COME HERE.

I enjoy coming to this location because of the service. Today, I witnessed something that confirmed my sentiments as Tammy provided impeccable to an indigent man. I was moved because she listened to him and did not ignore him. I told her that it touched me and she replied, “ I treat everyone the same.” I don’t know who’s reading this, but this is what service is about . I wanted to commend her for reminding me about the dignity of man and the hope that remains.

Food and drinks are always randomly good or bad. Half the time they don’t get the order right. Bathrooms smelled like someone is peeing all over the walls. Short girl with really long brown hair is very rude.

Lack of respect for customers to make them buy first to enter the bathroom. I'm a frequent Starbucks customer. I had to endure the pain of going to the bathroom for more than 5 minutes. Me in pain. Stomach. I love Starbucks but what rudeness is this. Unfortunately bad service for things like that is that they are losing frequent customers

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I ordered a Venti shaken Expresso with an extra shot, and not only were they not customized correctly, but each cup was significantly underfilled — by at least an inch or more. For the price Starbucks charges, it’s unacceptable to receive less than a full drink.
This isn’t the first time it's happened either, and it’s frustrating to feel like I’m not getting what I paid for. Please train staff to ensure drinks are filled to the appropriate level. I expect better consistency and care from a brand like Starbucks.
