Would not recommend this location, drive thru line is always long and your car is on the feeder road. Service today was so disrespectful. The young man told me I was ordering my drink the wrong way and then tried to tell me I didn’t order 2 but 1. When I so clearly stated 2. Will not come back when there’s another location down the street. Don’t waste your time here

Very bad experience, don't go to this location. They don't make your order correctly, and you're served by a guy with long hair who is completely unfriendly. This is the first time this has happened to me at Starbucks.
Best stop n’ go or stay at the terrace spot there is!!!

The staff are friendly, however this is one of the most inefficient Starbucks in our area. Staff are slow and nonchalant, on their phones often and not paying attention to the line up in the drive through. Airport Starbucks are more efficient than this location.

I ordered a grande iced coffee, oatmeal, and egg bites. They didn’t give me a spoon for the oatmeal but way more egregiously they gave me an iced americano—I’ve had this happen before when they didn’t have iced coffee but I find iced americanos disgusting. I 100% would have just ordered something else no big deal if they had told me they were out of iced coffee.

Great service and drinks but terrible access from freeway (Don't exit Voss) and unable to access drive thru from parking lot entrance.

We didn’t know this location was a drive thru only store or that it closed at 7pm. As we are standing outside looking at the menu an employee walks out of the store and gets in the vehicle parked next to us. At no point did she tell us the store was closed. We felt so stupid standing there trying to figure out how to order at the walk up window all while the store was closed.
I came here past few times over 2-3 weeks and they become very slow. With 2 cars in front me were waiting 15 min

This is a truly odd location. It's kind of like a drive-thru on steroids. Not a fan of how they have their parking lot organized I'm sure there's a reason for it but you can't get into the drive-through lane coming in off the side street. All of this is forgivable, but my dark roast was terrible. It tasted like weak Pike's Place.
Incredibly rude employee in the drive thru at 5:10 today. Definitely won’t be going to this Starbucks again after that experience.
Favorite Starbucks, they make my Caramel Ribbon Crunch, just like I like it
Friendly Staff and normal starbucks coffee. Its a clean location and lines move fast. I have never had an issue at this location.
The person taking the order was very rude and condescending.
