Service was excellent. Biscuits were good. Silverware was very dirty and the burgers were overcooked and lacked flavor.
The food, drinks and service were exceptional, it was our first visit and definitely recommend.
My daughter has some food allergies and we need our salmon prepared a certain way. The waitress took our order without complaint and typed it in for the chefs. Our meal was cooked perfectly! Delicious! We will gladly visit again!!

The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable, with friendly and attentive staff. The entire staff was super attentive and the food was delicious, with the Chicken fried steak outstanding. Servers like Ashton are attentive, personable and fun. However, the restaurant can get quite noisy, especially during busy times. Some guests have experienced issues like a wrong order or a waiter who seemed rushed. On special occasions, staff may forget details like a birthday. While the French Dip was not flavorful for one guest, the management is helpful and proactive in resolving issues. Overall, Federal American Grill is a good dining option with delicious food and a pleasant ambiance, but visitors should be prepared for potential noise and occasional service inconsistencies during busy times.
