The staff are friendly, however this is one of the most inefficient Starbucks in our area. Staff are slow and nonchalant, on their phones often and not paying attention to the line up in the drive through. Airport Starbucks are more efficient than this location.
This is a truly odd location. It's kind of like a drive-thru on steroids. Not a fan of how they have their parking lot organized I'm sure there's a reason for it but you can't get into the drive-through lane coming in off the side street. All of this is forgivable, but my dark roast was terrible. It tasted like weak Pike's Place.
I go to this location at least once a week. Staff is always very friendly, despite how busy they are. The drive thru can get packed pretty quickly in the morning, but I appreciate that they always treat me well and get my order right every time!
